Let me tell you a little bit of my story.

I used to struggle with low self esteem for years. It was the main root of my fear of failure, lack of confidence and motivation, impatience with my own growth, inconsistency, people pleasing, and no energy to go after the things I believed in and loved.

The main trigger were the years of bullying that I went through, it really marked me, and affected me every area of my life. It made me so insecure of myself. It led me to isolation, and feeling so hopeless. It led me to binge eating, seeking comfort in peoples approval. I wanted change so I thought I would be hard on myself to change, so I tried being more strict with myself. I over trained, not valuing rest, I would do extreme intermit fasting, where I would eat only one meal a day. I wanted a different outcome for my life, and I wanted something that will give me the life and body I wanted.

And never realized that the root problem was in the inside, not the outside.

The more I tried, I found myself more and more sunk in low self esteem, not being able to do the things I say I would do.

Until, I switched my approach from focusing on the outside to taking care of myself inwardly.

This approach allowed for me to switch my whole training regimen to something that was gentle and effective all at the same time.

My mind started to become more clearer, and I begun to find sense of purpose.

I have achieved a body I love, a calmer mind, and a happier, more fulfilled life with The Glow Up Method.
